PT Mobile chooses to operate a cash based pay direct access concierge physical therapy clinic. We have chosen this model because it allows us to provide the best treatment for our patients based on individual needs instead having to function within the limitations of doctor referrals, immediate diagnoses, and predetermined treatment provided by insurance companies.
Not only will it benefit you in your treatment, out-of-pocket expenses will often be less expensive for patients in a cash only physical therapy model.
Before beginning treatment, your PT Mobile physical therapy specialist will create a plan that focuses on helping you achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. After reviewing this full transparency action plan regarding investment, commitment, and expectations, you and your physical therapist will enter into a signed agreement so there are no financial surprises on your path to rehabilitation and wellness.
You will pay at the time of service and can use cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA account.
There will be some instances where you may personally file for reimbursement from your insurance company to lower your out-of-pocket expense for our physical therapy services. Most insurance companies, with the exception of Medicare, Medicaid, and some HMOs, will provide reimbursement for services received “out of network.” PT Mobile will provide you with a bill that you can submit for reimbursement and can help you with this process if needed.
